Killer Bodies: The Awakening (David Lord, 2011)

"Killer Bodies: The Awakening" es la mejor película de David Lord, el mejor trabajo interpretativo de Tori Black y, si "Portrait of a Call Girl" (que no he visto aún) no lo impide, posiblemente la mejor película del año. Y no sólo por la interesante y gratificante innovación de poder dirigir (hasta cierto punto, no demasiado) tú mismo la trama al estilo de los libros elige tu propia historia, sino porque se trata de un filme con una trama interesante, un guión bien elaborado, una potente banda sonora, un sexo intenso sin excesos, buenas interpretaciones y una producción mainstream bajo una acertada dirección.

La película sigue a Beth (Tori Black), una mujer felizmente casada que es secuestrada una noche en su casa por cuatro enmascarados. Encerrada en una jaula en un sótano y sometida a tortura física y psicológica, pronto descubrirá que el dinero, motivo aparente del secuestro, no es el objetivo de los secuestradores.

La película te atrapa desde el primer momento y no te suelta hasta el final gracias a un guión con ritmo, intriga, acción y giros inesperados, y a una acertada mezcla de thriller psicológico, acción, drama y suspense. Junto al buen trabajo de Lord en la dirección, se dejan notar también las manos expertas de Francois Clousot, Ren Savant y Nic Andrews tras las cámaras (este último, también con los efectos visuales). Dejando aparte las influencias que se puedan apreciar de cada género, se nota cierta mirada al cine de Quentin Tarantino en el desarrollo del personaje de Beth, en la estructura del filme e incluso en planos clásicos del director americano, como el contrapicado desde el maletero con todos mirando dentro.

Tori Black lleva el peso de casi toda la película y lo hace con una actuación intensa, pero comedida, sin sobreactuar. Logra que empatices con ella en todo momento, metiéndose totalmente en el papel. Vas descubriendo el plan que hay detrás del secuestro a medida que se entera la protagonista, que intenta sin éxito controlar su destino hasta el estallido de venganza que da inicio al segundo acto, donde Tori deslumbra con una faceta muy diferente. 

Pero también tenemos un buen número de secundarios. Barrett Blade, el jefe de los secuestradores, ofrece una de sus típicas interpretaciones de chico duro que tan bien le funcionan. El resto de la banda (Seth Gamble, Alexis Ford y Jessica Jaymes) queda más diluido, con un papel más funcional aunque también bien construido. Y por último está Randy Spears, el marido de Beth, que demuestra que sigue siendo uno de los mejores intérpretes masculinos de porno americano, aunque a veces tienda a sobreactuar. Destacar también, pese a su minúsculo papel, a la arrebatadora Teagan Presley, una tatuada y caliente dependienta de armería.

El control de la historia es uno de los atractivos de la película, que en ciertos momentos te da a elegir, mediante los menús del DVD, por donde encauzarla. No son cambios significativos los que puedes elegir, la verdad. En ocasiones sólo se trata de que sea una u otra escena sexual la que tiene lugar o la que puedes ver, o decidir si la protagonista intenta huir o decide pelearse. Más significativas son las decisiones hacia el final, donde sí que puedes llevar la historia a puntos bien dispares. Como era de esperar, tiene dos finales. Uno más abierto que el otro (no diré cual para no spoilear); pero para mí, el mejor es el que cierra la historia definitivamente, dando más sentido a todo el filme.

A lo largo de la película tenemos cinco escenas sexuales que en realidad son 10, al permitirnos optar por una o por otra en cada ocasión. Aunque algunas excluyen a las otras, si contamos con todas, Tori Black nos muestra su talento en la cama en cinco ocasiones. Tiene dos polvos con su marido, Randy Spears, uno más romántico y otro más cañero con anal incluido; otro con Eric Masterson, otro más tarde con Barrett Blade y un estupendo lésbico con Teagan Presley. Aunque Tori está genial en todas las escenas, quizá la más destacada es la que tiene con Teagan en la armería, muy morbosa con dirty talking y mucha caña y que rompe la monotonía de parejas chico/chica.

Bree Olson es la primera en aparecer con una buena escena con Chris Johnson en un taller. Más dura es la de Brooke Lee Adams con Derrick Pierce, una de las mejores de la película, con esta estupenda y natural morena sometida a una sesión intensa de sexo. Y tampoco se queda corta la MILF Raylene, que se pega un buen festín con un enmascarado Sascha (aunque estas dos escenas deberían haber sido más duras debido a su función en la trama). Las dos escenas restantes implican a los miembros de la banda de secuestradores. Alexis Ford trae otra de las mejores escenas de la película con Barrett Blade, al que ofrece un oral profundo y un buen polvo. Y por último tenemos a la siliconada Jessica Jaymes, que se marca un buen número con Seth Gamble. Una parte sexual a la que le falta alguna escena más intensa, más anal y alguna escena de más de dos participantes, pero que está muy bien inmersa en la trama y que excitará a la mayoría de los espectadores.

"Killer Bodies: The Awakening" es, sin duda, uno de los grandes títulos del año. Al acabar, además de la experiencia de un DVD interativo con sentido, de una excelente interpretación de Tori, y de escenas geniales como las torturas con vídeos a lo "Naranja Mecánica", la paliza a puñetazos a Alexis Ford, la explosión del coche y el disparo en la frente a Pierce, te queda la sensación de haber visto una buena película, profesional y sin apenas fisuras. Vamos, buen cine porno.
